The Orange County Workforce Investment Board (OCWIB)
OCWIB works with employers to meet hiring goals, lower training costs and reduce turnover rates, and services can be customized to meet specific business and industry employment requirements. The Orange County One-Stop Centers
One-Stop Centers offer a wealth of information and assistance, designed to help companies recruit and retain valuable employees, as well as reengineer business plans and goals. In addition to its comprehensive Resource Library, center facilities offer an environment ideal for conducting interviews and training seminars.

Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center
Combining resources from many city agencies and local business assistance organizations, the Santa Ana (W/O/R/K) Center offers a range of employment, training and counseling services, including employee referral and job placement assistance, on-line labor market information, financing and business development referrals, and networking groups.

California’s Employment Development Department’s (EDD) Job Service, CalJOBS facilitates the match between employers and qualified workers through its easy-to-use, online system. Employers use it to fill job openings; individuals use it to seek employment.

The Employer Assistance & Referral Network (EARN)
EARN provides employers with free consulting services and resources to support the recruitment and hiring of people with disabilities. EARN also offers assistance to employment service providers and jobseekers with disabilities.
